World Age Group Qualification - Clarification.

The postponed 2022 event to be staged on Sun 12 March is no longer a qualification event for the 2023 World Age Group events, HOWEVER, the 8 Oct event will be a qualifying event for the 2024 Long Course and Sprint Distance events to be held in Townsville.
